Fashion Week Las Vegas Opens with Some Bold Statements

Congratulations to Milka and her team for putting together yet another amazing event. Fashion Week Las Vegas, an event created to showcase the designs of emerging and established designers from all over the world, as well as bring forth new talent in the modeling forum, Â had a greatly successful opening night.

Standout pieces from the night included these men’s looks from Freshwear, a team based out of  Randfontein South Africa. Their collection was vibrant, unique and definitely fresh.

This Jacket was AMAZING. Â The fit was perfect, and the pattern was 80’s done right. Royal blue and black is such a bold combination, and it will be something that will be appearing more often this fall. So, as far as Fashion Feed is concerned, we bought it 100 percent.

This suit was completely reversible. Yes. Reversible. And, pleasantly, we were able to see it reversed on the runway by  Walker, one of  the expertly chosen Fashion Week models. Note the slightly padded shoulder, it gave the jacket a subtle femininity which only served to enhance the masculinity of the wearer. Again, bold color and pattern choices, which appear to be the language of the brand.

These pieces had a staying effect with us, which speaks highly of their quality, and also made us want to see more. Fresh Wear is now on the Fashion Feed radar.

Stay tuned for more highlights from Fashion Week Las Vegas. It’s only Tuesday!
